At Taiwan back in 2019… story was how I met a girl on a plane back from Taipei to Singapore and juicy night action. Let’s call this girl, Amanda.

On my way to airport from Taipei Main Station it’s currently 11am and my flight is at 2pm. I’m a lone traveller and love to visit a country on my own.
Me: sian… so fast going back to Singapore. *thinking how time have flew passed. Been in taiwan for almost a month.
The train came…. soon I have reached the airport and checked in. Walking slowly to the immigration custom as I can’t bear to leave taiwan… but who knows that soon I will be meeting a girl on the plane… I went to the departure gate and sat.
Ding dong…. the announcement for boarding for flight will commence soon(in Chinese).
Me: still early and waited till most people to head into the plane. Luckily I do not have a large bag and can slot under the seat.
Soon it’s time to enter the plane, head over and passed my passport for check. Walked to the plane… and was greeted by the air stewardess and kindly told me to enter from the other lane. I walked to my seat….. to me surprise. A lady was seated next to me. She was…. mesmerising, gorgeous… stunning. I quickly seated and took out my ipad and earpiece. While waiting for the plane to move out….. I tried to strike a conversation with her.
*conversation are in chinese*
Me: Hi, first time to Singapore?
Amanda: Yes…
Me: how many days will you be here?
Amanda: 4 days, 3 nights.
Me: Are you heading alone? Or meeting your friends in Singapore?
Amanda: I’m alone.
Me: that’s amazing, are you living in a hostel or hotel?
Amanda: Hostel..
Me: *in my head her replies was all a full stop* but I persevered.
I asked her oh where is your hostel?
Amanda: Checked her phone and showed me… here.
Me: oh it’s at Bugis! Great place for tourist like you.
Amanda: silent….
Me: if you are free I can bring you around to visit some tourist attractions.
Amanda: let me see first… 我現看看
Me: Ok
Soon the plane was pushed back and departed shortly… but things got better in the skies…
The plane took off and shortly meal is preparing to be served.
I was watching a movie on my ipad and at the same time observing the gorgeous lady beside me and decided to strike a conversation with him.
*conversation in chinese*
Me: Hello
Amanda: en 嗯?
Me: Do you have any tourist attraction that you must visit while you are in Singapore?
Amanda: I want to see Marina Bay Sands, gardens by the Bay and Sentosa.
Me: that’s all?
Amanda: I still have not plan *laugh
Me: Okay I should be free and let’s exchange contact when the plane land.
The meal is serving, I had ordered in advanced a chicken set with red wine, Amanda ordered a vegetarian set with red wine.
At this stage Amanda was trying to figure out how to open the tray table, as it is not the normal latched table. It’s a spring opener tray table. I quickly helped her and in that moment I touched her hand… I could see that she was shy and quickly pulled her hand back.
Amanda: thank you.
Me: you are welcome. In my head… her sweet voice was really mesmerising. But she has been trying to
Food is served and we had our meal, after the meal the air stewardess was passing white card for foreigners entering into Singapore. As I could see Amanda was asleep. I helped to take one for her, she woke up shortly after and I passed her the white card. At this moment she suddenly came to ask me how to fill up the white card.
Me: I took the white card and explained to her.
This you write your chinese name, here you write your passport number, passport expiry date and etc.
Amanda: thank you in the sweet voice.
Me: do you have a pen?
Amanda: nope
I went to grab my bag and took a pen out.
Me: passed the pen
I could see that Amanda was smiling and I knew she is starting to open up.
Soon the light is turned off in the cabin and both of us rested till the plane landed.
You guys must be wondering I haven’t asked for her name… Nor did she asked for mine. Will be revealed soon.

The plane landed and was moving to the gate to be dock. I was looking at Amanda and spotted her activating her data roaming.
Me: hey let’s add each other! Do you have WhatsApp? Kakao? Line?
Amanda: *hesitated* I have Line
Me: great what’s your line ID? I passed her my phone for her to searched.
Amanda: *typing on the keyboard* weird I couldn’t find
knowing that such incident were to happen, because she may have set not able to find by ID.
Me: it’s ok. Just scan my line QR code using your line APP. so I quickly took my phone and head into my profile and click my QR code.
Amanda: scanned the QR code and finally she added me. She finally say… your name is Stanley?
Me: yes my name is Stanley, and I quickly took a look at her line name. It was in Chinese… so I said, your name is xxxx in Chinese.
Amanda: yes, but you can call me Amanda.
Me: Ok! And both of us remain silent.
Me: inside me.. I was feeling amazing, firstly seated next to such a beautiful lady. I couldn’t guess her age. Not sure if I should ask her later.
The plane docked, and everyone started standing up. I stand up as well and …
Amanda: could you help me to take my bag? It’s blue in color at the top.
Me: sure. Let me find *finding in the cabin overhead compartment*
Me: Found a blue bag, took it down and asked Amanda, is it this?
Amanda: yes, this is the one.
Me: passed to amanda. I said wow your bag is a little heavy for a size like you.
Amanda: yes there are many stuff in it.
*vibration* on Amanda phone
Amanda received a call from her colleague back in Taiwan regarding a document that she was doing the day before she flew. She was chatting really quickly and ended the conversation with her colleague.
Me: something happened at work?
Amanda: Yes, there’s some documentation that needs to be submitted and the file is in my computer. I told my colleague to use my computer to get the file.
Me: so is everything settled?
Amanda: should be.
Passenger started moving out of the plane. So did me and Amanda. Once we are out of the plane, I walked with her towards the immigration exit direction.
Me: You look really young, are you in your 20s?
Amanda: *laughed* I’m 34 this year
Me: wow… you don’t look like you are 34. Are you trying to bluff me?
Amanda: no I’m really 34.
Me: at that point of time I couldn’t believe it. I didn’t ask for her to show me any proof as well. But I was speechless. Amanda looked so beautiful, gorgeous, elegant and young.
Me: Ok, I believe you. Guess my age
Amanda: you should be 31 or 32
Me: do I look that old?
Amanda: you look matured…
Me: I’m only 28…
Amanda: laugh, didn’t know you were that young.
Soon we reached the immigration and I told her to go to the counter while I head to the automatic clearance machine.
I head out to the luggage collection area first to collect a few piece of my luggage, took this opportunity to line her.
Me: texted amanda, my luggage is out.
Amanda: ok
Soon I saw amanda walking from the duty free shop. I went to her.
Me: I make a move first. You can take the mrt to Bugis. Just head to the basement and take the mrt. You can message me if anything is wrong.
Amanda: ok, thank you. Let’s keep in touch.
I left the airport and took a grab. Once I reached home, I texted amanda. Have you took the mrt?
Amanda: yes, I’m now finding the hostel
Me: sent her the google map of her hostel
Amanda: don’t worry. I will find it
Me: ok.
About 10 minutes that. Amanda sent me a photo of the hostel signboard. I knew she found it. And its clear.. Amanda is an strong minded women who knows what she wants.
I tried texting amanda slightly later but did not receive a reply. But after an hour, Amanda texted me a photo of Zamzam!
Me: this place has really good food.
Amanda: I ordered and only ate half of it. The portion is too big *laugh*
Me: ah yes the portion at zamzam is slight bigger. How did you find the place?
Amanda: 6th sense. I just feel that this restaurant is good without looking at reviews.
Me: wow. You are good. Such good places could also let you find it.
Amanda: it’s getting late, I’m heading back to the hostel to rest.

Amanda: redbull is so sweet compared to Europe and taiwan.

Me: I laughed at her and told her yes it’s super sweet. You look sweet as well
Amanda: laughed, she reached her hostel and took a picture for me.
Hostel is a shared female dormitory. Very clean and posh located near Bugis.
Me: Hostel look pretty! But I have never stay in one before. Have only stayed in hotel. In taiwan, 酒店 is a place to find girls. So had to use 饭店.
Amanda: Singapore hotel is quite expensive especially in the city.
In my mind I was plotting something as I have a free hotel stay at MBS and Sentosa, going to make some idea.
Me: yes it is. Let me know your plan for tomorrow. I am not working so I will be free to bring you around.
Amanda: Ok, let me go take a shower.
After 30mins, Amanda texted me.
Amanda: I have just showered. *sent an image*
Me: oh it’s the USS Halloween Night
Amanda: have you been to USS.
Me: nope. Since USS opened I have never went in there once
Amanda: I want to go but the ticket is quite expensive
Me: it’s alright, I can get the tickets. We can go.
Amanda: really? Don’t lie to me
Me: yes I’m sure.
Amanda: I’m excited! Ok it’s getting late. Good night. Talk to you tomorrow morning.
Me: good night.
Little did she know… I had also redeem a hotel at hard rock hotel on the day of the Halloween night.

The next day
It was 10am in the morning. Not sure if Amanda woke up as she did not text me. So I decided to text her.
Me: Good morning, what’s your plan for today?
Amanda: I’m near my hostel area walking around, later I will head to Marina Bay Sands and Gardens by the Bay.
She took a photo of Bugis famous temple and sent me.
Me: I will be at the temple later
Amanda: you will be coming later?
Me: yes but at 1pm, don’t worry. Go and enjoy your day first.
Amanda: okay, my plan is not confirmed. I’m just walking around aimlessly.
Me: ok
At around 1.30pm I was near the temple and message Amanda
Me: I am around the temple, are you still around the area?
Amanda: *Sent me photo of gardens by the bay*
Me: that’s fast… ok. I will be having a meeting and will only be free around 7pm. Let’s meet after 7?
Amanda: after 7.00pm?
Me: Yes, After 7.00pm. I will head over and find you.
Amanda: Ok
So time passed really slowly for the meeting. can’t wait to meet amanda and it’s a Friday.
Suddenly at around 7.00pm, Amanda called.
Amanda: hi, almost done I’m at Marina Bay Sands.
Me: I am packing up soon and will arrive Marina Bay Sands in 30mins.
Amanda: ok
Me: do you have any plans to go later?
Amanda: nope.
Me: I will come soon. Take a slow walk or sit at a cafe.
Amanda: ok
The call ended and I quickly pack my bag and drove to MBS. On the way I texted amanda.
Me: have you eaten?
Amanda: nope. I’m looking for food to eat
Me: great, wait for me. I will come and find you.
Amanda: I’m at Starbucks near the food court at Marina Bay Sands.
Me: ok
Soon I arrive at MBS, I went to the valet service and pass my key then walk hastily to the Starbucks. Trying to find Amanda at Starbucks but could not find her. Soon, I heard someone calling for me.
Amanda: Stanley~
I turned and look, Amanda was there. Looking gorgeously in a tank top and skirt revealing her waist. Really beautiful.
Me: Hey Amanda, sorry I was late. As I had a few conference call online.
Amanda: it’s ok
Me: so have you thought of what to eat? Else I will bring you to have some local food at Lau pat sat
Amanda: nope, but I would love to try some local food since I have been eating taiwan food.
Me: great. Let’s go and get my car.
So we head to the valet service and get the car.
While waiting for the car…
