It was a few days later that i returned to SG and visited her shop again in the morning. Alice was surprised to see me and meeting her for the first time after that stint felt abit wierd. Anyway i just pretended nothing happened walked towards her stall

Me : yah
I took a seat and waited for the mee pok
Alice came with my noodles and sat down opposite me
Alice : this one free la, no need pay. Jie Jie ching ni chi
Me : wah thank you. got extra ingredients or not ? hehe
Alice : got la ! cannot see ah, bak chor mor then mee pok !
Me : so how are u ? what have you been doing for the past 1 month
Alice : Usual lor, nothing change
Me : got go any massage or not ?
Alice : got la, last week go , spend about 400+ sigh heart pain
Alice : you la ! never help jie massage, hai me spend so much
She seemed more open now and less like cold like in her SMS. She also gave me “the look”
Me : Yah i also need. Been very busy and stressed at work - gave her “the look” back
Alice knew what i meant and we gave each other “the look” for 2 seconds before she said she has to go attend to other customers. With that she got up and walked away
Me : Thanks for the free lunch ah !
Alice : no need thanks la, next time you blanjah Jie go spa ah hahaha ! she shouted as she walked away
After lunch, i got a sms from Alice
Alice : when you going to blanjah jie go spa ah ? hehe
Me : Anytime lor, my time flexible
Alice : Jie want to go overnight spa wor hehe
TBC - i gotta go for a meeting in 15 mins
