He promise me that I will recieve a share of 50% of the company and profit sharing of 25%. He will invest in the business and i run the show
2 years later our company is the only reputative shop selling digital lock online

Sadly, before the company trip which held on 9july, i hand over all the company email, facebook, blog password and business phone
After i return, everything was changed and my profit sharing of $5500 was not paid. He sms to threaten my online, sex toy shop

Also i have record all his threat on this blog
Because of trust I have work for him from nothing, and now he refuse to pay me $5500
I have gave him all the excess for the facebook, email, blog and business phone, he demand me to give him the excess of the last website which i created for business
I told him i will only give it to him unless he pay me $5500
he refuse to pay me, threaten my sex toy business and also our installer whom install digital lock do not have a work permit, he message me that if i disclose i will be involved as well as i am the partner of the company

Also i can only seek for a lawyer to get my $5500 back and legal aid do not enterain commercial dispute and MOM dont involve in profit sharing
Now i have no choice but to file a police report to protect myself and launch it into media for assistance
Hopefully there are people willing to help me to fight this case

In the first place how come you hand over all the company email, facebook, blog password and business phone? He threaten you? Next you open the company or he open the company? Did he put your name inside the company?

Did you sign any documents as a partner of the company? [he message me that if i disclose i will be involved as well as i am the partner of the company] because if you are not, then he can go cry father cry mother because the company is not under your name.

Sadly commercial dispute is not protected in any form of legal aids or organisation, so do not trust anyone in business, no trust and no loyalty!!!

No, that time he told me i am too young and it is dangerous to be a director on paper as he will bare all the risk

He said got conflict of interest and took everything back and reluctant to give me my profit sharing

got no black or white, no witness to testify..

Just swallow the lost and move on.. at least you have a client base to tap on..

you lawyer and court fees will cost more than 5.5k
you only have yourself to blame for not having proper documentation.. so no point pursuing the matter.
