this reminds me on one of my army mates too. he is certainly not the scheming type.. and like the rest of us are just horny bastards.
he was out for supper with some of us on one night. after he send us home, he came across a girl at his void deck. The girl pleaded to let her stay at his place. my friend chatted with her till 2am plus and told her that her parents will be worried and etc.. but in the end, he still let her go up to his place.
He told us that he let the girl sleep on his bed and he is sleeping on the floor and he have no intention to get hanky panky.
In the end, he was woken up by the girl doing a blowjob on him and it progressed into having sex.
The next morning he went to camp and told us about the incident and we were like …ya rite.. u gonna be kidding… and by 10+ police appeared at our camp and arrested him. the reason wise.. the girl reported police for rape..
That’s a really sad case.. after this instance.. i will always have 2nd thoughts of getting too cozy with “stray” ladies.. phobia..

So did it hurt? It was really uncalled for ….those girls shouldn’t have slapped you so hard on the dance floor. Afterall, you are right, you did nothing wrong except just pitched a butt.

Actually I posted this article is not so much to “protect ourself from getting into this situation” but for us to think about where we would draw the line.
Don’t forget it is not easy for a woman to accuse a man of rape. It would be easier not to report a rape even if it really happened and take revenge privately if one wants to. Who wants to subject herself to medical examinations and discuss all the details with police officers and in court, etc; and read all the nasty she-deserved-it comments…
Whether a drunk woman can give consent is often debatable but this case seems less ambiguous. I never had a woman call her mother and cry non-stop in such a situation. Obviously, something is wrong with her right?
So I’m curious who thinks it’s acceptable to have sex with a woman if you were in the guy’s shoes?

Rape is under the Penal Code. Women’s Charter is about marriage, the rights of husbands and wives in marriage, divorce, maintenance of children and welfare of children…
Even if there are no statutory rape laws in Sg, a grown man having a sexual or romantic relationship with a 13-yo girl is just questionable on many levels.
But it seems like many of the guys here would either do it themselves or condone such behaviour.
