Patriarch got 3 sons and 1 adopted daughter
Father and sons were notorious and wanted by Interpol but they were protected by corrupted politicians from ruling party as well as oppositions
Yuko, offspring from low ranking henchman who was killed during shootout with police while shielding his big boss from bullets
Mazuta Patriarch, sent her to live with his trusted female servant at modest private apartment
Yuko studied aboard which she majored in business and hospitalty

Young Kuek hope to secure exclusive rights in Batam so that he can build resorts, with golf courses, international theme restaurants, theme parks similar to Disney World

She smiled and proceeded to next plan
Yuko then ask her senior henchman Yugawaski ( who was going to be resort CEO who overseas underground world of pleasure) while Yuko will be Group CEO of Nippon - Batam Corporation controlling the Batam Island) to liaise with Tan family
Meanwhile in Japan, Ingoki Soapland in red light district experienced cash flow problem and file bankruptcy, and youngest son of Mazuta contact the Ingoki owner, offer to buy the place for 50 million yen , and revamp the place , send soapland girls to learn English
Tans received the call from Yugawaski who invited the Singapore tycoon to come for a talk
Tycoon Tan was told to come to pier
When he arrived , he saw four well dressed men who greeted him , escort him to speedboat

Tan was shocked and begged him not to kill his son
Yugawaski then told him to set up small 4 star hotel at the western part and that he should give 35% of hotel revenue to Mazuta Group
He later told him to bid till 50 million then stop being bidding
Tan nodded
Yugawaski then told him he would release his son after Mazuta Group gain exclusive rights and the agreement signed between Tan and Mazuta Group allowing Tan to build 4 Star hotel in area and collection of revenue ( 35%) as well as appointment of employee from Mazuta group as Finance Director in that hotel
After seeing shaken Tan off, he then reported to Yuko who was pleased and told him the plan to send soapland girls to Batam
Yuko then worked on Chias..
Chia was in office and he received email and video clip showing himself with mistress in his home
He was shocked and he was told not to contact police otherwise he would suffer more ，his mistress would be killed immediately ,his wife would know and he would lose business, wealth

Upon reaching the restaurant , he saw more men standing like imperial guards..
He thought to himself ,it seemed that someone rich and powerful can book whole place like that
There he saw 3 people.
He realised they were Japanese.
They wanted to strike deal with him
They wanted exclusive right to Batam
They told him to bid no more than $50 million
They want to have partnership with him, he can build shopping mall in the central ,and he have to give 40 % of revenue to their organisation
Chia reluctantly agree .
All these development was report to Yuko who was pleased
As for Kuek, Yuko undertook this task herself with 5 of her men
Yuko,after analysing the video footage provided by her surveliance team.
She emailed Kuek with video attaching, telling him to respond asap after watching video of his tryst with male escorts
Kuek , at his office in KL watched in horror and called out his PA to come to his office. Both of them looked shocked and worried.
Kuek replying to email.

Kuek with his PA arrived at basement only to find 5 men watching in big high class black car.

Kuek looked at his lover with worried look
Car drove off
Till it reach the pier, men told Kuek to get off
Worried, he asked whether he would be thrown into sea
No reply.
He was gestured to follow him
He was wondering whether his enemies sent killers to kill him so that they can seize his wealth.
Grey boat arrived.
It was no ordinary boat, it was decommissioned armoured assault boat, once owned by US Marines
Boat anchored, and 3 men in same attire as the one who ‘kidnap’ him
Together , they boarded the boat.
Boat sped off.
Till it reached the luxury yacht .named Project Steel, worth US$27.5 billions
Kuek was awed by the size ,his family owned few yachts but none of them was as big as this yacht
He entered the yacht , and was awed by the interior , posse of men inside, and realised that he could be dealing with powerful triad boss, who wanted to use him.
Upon entering the office , he was surpised to see young pretty woman .
Yuko asked him whether he wanted sake
He realised he was dealing with Yakuza
Yuko, smiling at him: you look handsome
Kuek: what do you want from me?
Yuko: I want Batam Island. I want exclusive right.
Kuek: we should bid for it . highest bidder get the right
Yuko:in that case, I will let media , your family and government know about your secret
Kuek: no …no… pls
Yuko: let make deal. you should not bid more than 50 millions
2ndly, you can build theme park at the south of the island , as well as golf club at the south west of the island, in addition , you can set up bus transport all over island. You can set up lobby bar and restaurant selling western food, providing buffet in my hotel resort, and 40% of overall revenue should be sent to my company, deal?
Kuek feeling reluctant: okay..okay
Yuko, smiled … and told her men to escort him out
Yuko, feeling satisfied that she had done her job ,send report to her adopted brother , Big Boss.
He felt pleased and replied to her that his gang had won turf war against smaller rival and controlled 3 films which produced JAV movies , he plan to send JAV actresses to hotel resort for R&R ,they serrved male customers in hotel
Yuko then start dreaming about big hotel resort with club lounge, onsen bathhouse, spas, Japanese restaurants, western restaurant -co owned with Kuek,

On the day of auction, all bidders came to conference room in STB building at Tanglin.
Tan, Kuek, Chia , and Yuko/Yugawaski arrived and seated
They were shown site development plan , and the rules set by Govt regarding resorts.
Once bidders confirmed they understood.
Bidders started bidding..
Tan, Kuek, Chia bidded less than $100 millon each.
Finally Yuko put up her hand ,signaling $200 millions
Tan, Kuek, Chia looked at the floor, dare not bid further..
Once, Twice, Sold to Japanese developer for $200 millions
Organisers congrats Yuko and Yugawaski
Both Japanese looked at each other, smiling.
Yugawaski then contacted HQ in Japan, and leaders and elders were pleased with Yuko performance
STB respresentatives congrats Japaneses and told them to come to STB office again to sign documents .
Day later, Yuko contacted Chia, Tan and Kuek to sign documents with Nippon-Singapore Corp , which was started by Mazuta for legal as well as illegal business in Singapore.

2 years passed, Batam Beach Resort was partially completed (upper part fully completed, but underground part not yet completed).
Lobby is grand and well established with bar, inhouse restaurant which served inroom dining( western, local, Indian, Malay,), buffet, as well as premium grilled meats (think of real life Opus Bar and Grill at Voco Hotel in Orchard)
, Japanese restaurant, and bar.
There was club lounge serving breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktail at top floor
2000 room, 250 suites in that 5 star beach resort
There was Marina Bay Sands style of Shopping mall, with pricey food court, and bar, restaurants, luxury stores
4 star hotel owned by Tan boasted 300 rooms, 15 suites, restaurant and bar( similar to Hotel Renderzous)
Batam Beach Resort was reachable by ferry only ,there are ferry services by ordinary guests as well as premium yachts owned by Japanese meant for VIP guests as well as porn actresses, soapland girls..

Yuko and her assistants began to invite many bank executives to view the hotel and hope to sign deal with them
Head of Credit Card Centre, International Bank Corporation, Aaron, received invitation to Batam Beach Resort.
At Harbourfront Cruise Centre,he and his team of 2 people- one male manager ,Kong and one female executive, Cherry was greeted by man wearing classy suit and taken to luxurious ferry boat .
Upon entering , the team was awed by the luxurious interior.
They were seated in luxurious seats, as the man using phone to contact his boss, Yugawasaki , CEO of Batam Beach Resort
Moments later, Yugawasaki came down to greet the team
Yugawasaki gestured for his assistant to serve them snack and alcohol
As they savoured food, and chatted casually
1 hour 15 mins later, the ferry reached VIP area of the Batam Beach Resort
They came out of ferry and entered the lobby, they were impressed with the lobby interior. Concriege greeted them. and Yugawasaki led them to VIP counter where they were seated and check-in processed
After processing check in, and room deposit of $500 (1st time complimentary for bank team only)
Bell boys carried their bags , they were taken to 3 junior suite rooms ,
Female butlers were assigned to them
Two Japanese butlers (who are actually selected soapland girls from Japanese soapland, their missions were to seduce Aaron and Kong)
One butler , Singaporean, with 2 years experience in closed down Sentosa hotel ,she had served as junior butler in presidential suit , attending to female exccutive , Cherry
Then they had champagne and snack at club lounge conference room where team and discussed promotion and special deals.
Yugawasaki wanted the bank to specify which credit cards were prestigious and exclusive to high earners and how to tell the difference when guests book and put credit card / debit card details..
The plan to invite those high earners to exclusive area -underground palace of pleasure if the reservation team managed by Yakuza managers know the code behind credit card numbers.
Normal credit card holder would go to normal counter area and get normal service , room deposit taken from credit card will be standard for 5 star hotel -($100 to $200 per night)
If Yakuza controlled team know the credit card holder is very high income earner, with prestigous credit card (black label titianium card, with credit limit of $500,000 to million) they will email him with tempting offers. upgrade to special suite, access to underground palace, room deposit taken from credit card -$10,000 or higher determined by management
Back to respective rooms, Aaron and Kong surfing net , replying to emails from companies, customers.
Cherry watching TV, at same time, reading email from smart phone.
At evening, they were feeling hungry and disccussing among themselves whether they wanted Japanese food, or Western grill and buffet or headed to club lounge to have evening cocktails (light snack with free flow wine , beer ,cocktails..) or inroom dining
Aaron and Kong opted for in room dining, while Cherry decided to go to club lounge.
Aaron and Kong browsed thru online catalogue and ordered food
Information of food details and room numbers (they were special and subjected to survelliance discreetly. ) were relayed to operation team headed by Yugawaski.
Cherry was having drink and meal..she was given high dose which make her tired by club lounge manager who was junior member of Yakuza
Moments later, Aaron and Kong was given mixture of Japanese / Western dishes by in room dining team led by two Japanese female bulters who were on mission…
The foods were laid out in the dining room..
Aaron and Kong preparing to have meal, unaware that Japanese ladies did not leave the rooms.

Cherry woke up and saw her superiors and Kim
Aaron asked her but all she said was she was asleep and Kim replied that she brought her to her room.
Aaron scanning the bed , no sign of sex assault on her
Yugawasaski met them in club lounge where the bank representatives were having breakfast
Yugawasski whisper to Aaron that he want to have talk with men
Then 3 of them went to meeting room,leaving Cherry alone having breakfast, saying the meeting was meant for senior people only
Cherry nodded and scanning thru app to book spa session.
In meeting room, Yugawasaki enquired about their experience with bulters.
Feeling embarrassed , Aaron asked whether same thing happened to Cherry
Yugawaski assured them that nothing had happened to female
Yugawaski then told them that both of them will get VIP treatment with VIP membershio assigned to them when resort get better facilites at basement level which is currently under renovation
He told them details which excited them.
In return, they will email the details of credit card code meant for high income earners.
