When the food arrived, we tucked in heartily at the delicious and fresh food on our table washed down with a combination of beer and stout..
After the delicious meal, we headed in the direction back to the club and stopped over at a local bazaar along the road to shop around and also digest the food in our stomach.
“Baby, what’s going to happen to us when we go back tomorrow” She asked as we sat down on the bed in our room.
“Well, we could be discreet and continue what we have now. Don’t you want this to continue?” I answered matter of factly.
“But I know you love your kid too much to ever want to divorce your wife. And I know without a divorce, I’ll never be able to get fulfillment of having a family with you.”
“Do you love me? Can you bear for me to be suffering whenever you are with your family? She continued.
“I do love you BUT if I get divorced, my daughter will suffer psychologically. I do not want an innocent child to be hurt, especially when it’s MY CHILD..” I replied as I saw her eyes starting to water.
“It’s not like you didn’t know my situation when we met, it’s not like I didn’t tell you I will NEVER get a divorce no matter how bad my relation with my wife gets…” I continued as I started to get rather heated.
“But…but…I didn’t expect myself to fall so deeply for you, I’ve never fallen so deep for a guy before, not even any of my previous boyfriends that I thought I’d die when I’m not with them….” Her eyes were really filling up with tears now. Being softhearted, I stroked her head and added “Let’s enjoy this holiday 1st, we’ve got one more day and a 2-3 hr drive back to Singapore….don’t spoil it”
With that said, she looked at me and she lunged towards me and hugged me real tight as I fell backwards onto the bed……
She kissed me hard, as if it’s the last kss on earth, taking my breath away and hugged me so tight, afraid that I’d disappear…..
