Taxi driving day 2
As usual I start to drive on sat 6.30pm, standard SOP to roam around my area, if there is no customer at my area I would proceed to geylang as there are plenty of customers over there, started to pick up some customers, told them I’m a new driver and still learning so would ask them to guide me alone, I would say majority Singaporean are understanding or even they don’t know the route I told them I would GPS. Most of them are very understanding. But things happen during at night when I took a oncall at lorong 4 geylang, reach there about 9.30pm, was waiting outside hotel. The customer late for 20min, I have no choice but to wait for them to come out, it’s was an local Indian couple, they keep on apologize to me and I say it’s ok, I told the guy sometime it’s take longer to come out, so he smile at me and we move on to their destination haw par villa mrt station.
The 1st location I learn in my heart was geylang! Haha! It’s a heaven place for guys right?
During the journey, They were chatting about some Chinese religion and God etc etc and the lady ask the guy about how the ghost look like and the guy told her to look at the mirror, so I nearly LOL some time you just smile to yourself when customer are talking about shit stuff.
While we were talking in the taxi, I notice I have exit the wrong way, Oh shit, the gps bring me to holland! So I apologize to the customer and told them I would give them discount. They are very understanding and told me to relax, so I carry on my driving till I reach destination.
Indian: How much uncle?
Uncle: 18.50 but u can give me $15

Uncle: in my heart, I would rather give them discount then they call my company to complain. I do not have time to go back office to drink coffee.

From haw par villa mrt I drove toward vivo city but 1 customer flag my taxi at pasir panjang, it’s an ang moh who flag my taxi, I stopped and pick him up.
Me: good evening sir, where would you like to go to.
Ang moh: stadium rd!
Me: as usual I would tell the customer that I’m new, so I gps the route.
Never did I know that on sat night it’s the Suzuki cup, singapore vs Thailand at our national stadium.
Upon reaching there some of the road close and its horrible traffic causes jam near by all route, everybody finish their watching their game at national stadium
And was rushing home, so I stuck at the 24hr kallang macdonald and I accidently turn in the carpark, it was congested over there and I have problem coming out of the carpark. Gps bring me to holland again.
The ang moh piss off and shouted fuck and its whining the half journey, ask me why I drive him into here, I told him that I make a wrong turn because the gps ask me to enter through here. So he say again fuck the GPS. So I begin to piss off but still I control my emotion and try to drive him to stadium road. “If 10 years ago I would say stfu asshole, this is singapore and not your country” but still I smile at him and say byebye, guess I really grow up. After 5min traffic congested and I finally make my way there so he ask to alight.
The meter fare was $23.50, I didn’t know how much is from pasir panjang to stadium road so I gave him an discount $10 off the meter fee.
After that he pay me $13.50 he get happy and get off the cab. After I get off there is an auto booking show national stadium taxi stand, I wouldn’t want to pick up customer with he congested traffic, I give it a go and went back to geylang.
Some of the customers think that taxi driver are cheap / useless chap, but i would want to rephrase this, I might be earning the same salary as u or even more.
Please be kind to all taxi driver. Everybody are learning new thing everyday. Practice make perfect.
End of the day after the discount I still earn about $120 after rental and fuel.
Guess not too bad drive from 7pm to 2am++

Brother, try not to always give discount unless the passenger keeps on asking for discount. For the Ang Mo $10 discount is too much already. If u drive long enough you know there r passengers who kaubei at slightest mistake and want discount.
For me i keep quiet and tell them the amount at end of the trip. If they say why i never discouny then i will ask them how much they want to discount. If not just collect full amount say thank you and go off. There r many cheapskate around. If u keep giving discount, next time all taxis in Singapore need to give discount when got stuck in jam.

Taxi driving day 3
As usual I will start roaming my area before heading to geylang or nex shopping centre. Just start to roam the street and got one customer going to bugis, a typical ah lian with some tattoo.
Ah lian: uncle, go beach rd after that bugis
Me: okay
Ah lian: can u drive faster, I’m rushing on time, very urgent.
Me: I’m always a fast driver and thought something happen and I drive about 110km/hr.
Normal I have customer in my taxi I won’t speed because I cherish their life more then my own life. Since they to ask me to drive faster I will obey accordingly. Since they are my boss.
After I reach golden mile, ah lian ask me to make a U-turn to stop awhile at the bus stop, to my surprise 2 Thai flower boy enter my taxi so I was like wtf? I speed just because of this 2 flower boy? Lol. Lucky I didn’t get caught on speeding if I get caught probably serve me right by doing it.
This poor little lady probably get kc by the Thai boy. I feel sad for our local lady. They deserve something better.
Finally I alight them at bugis and the ah lian pay for the cab fare lol, probably not only guys can be 菜头，woman also can be a potential 菜头.
Nevertheless I wish the ah lian good luck, hopefully not going to get cheat feeling, body and money. That probably very sucks.
So I still proceed to roam around bugis and enter bencoolen street without customer.
*TI* nb the ERP system suck my $$$, so I have to pay the ERP myself
After I enter the ERP, there are tons of customer flag my taxi, no wonder customer just camp one inside the ERP system so taxi driver enter CBD have to pay for ERP, that tricky customer. At least I learn something

Taxi driving day 7
Time flies and I have been drive for 1 week, I set a target for myself to earn $100 and I will go home regardless what time but seem like I’m addicted to driving, I might be tired with 3-4 hour slp daily but when I start driving im very concentrate, I always anticipate what other road user will do and I will act accordingly just in case they just cut in the lane like their parent road.
Back to story.
It’s was Friday and I learn some skill from my friends where to go to and where to find customer at weird timing. Which make me improve in my daily earning.
I start roaming my area and that night was a busy night, that night was abother lesson for me which I come accoss.
1st customer
driver: good evening sir, where u like to go to.
Bangala: marina
Driver: marina where?
Bangala: marina bay sand
Driver: ok.
Half way the journey, I notice that I didn’t insert my cashcard, I’m still pounding where is my cash card, look at the time it’s 7.20pm, I think there is ERP going on still. But still due to safety issue I keep on driving and don’t bother the ERP. After I take the exit oh shit I saw the ERP light still on and I still did not stop at the highway to find my cashcard. I decided just go pass and treat it as a lesson.
**TI** my cashcard machine show red light, which are ERP did not detect card card on the reader, in my heart Wah lao goverment suck my $10 liao.

Bangala: uncle can u stop me at outside casino?
Driver: pause and think awhile, no U can’t because there is a guard outside casino are stopping ppl to alight passager there. So I told him I will put him at convention centre, why? In my mind I was thinking Because if any customer at taxi stand it will have additional cbd $3 charges. So I decided to alight him there
After I alight him and he give me $100 note, 1st customer give so big note, so hopefully the next few customer give me small note, I myself prepare my own float about $300++ small note, that to avoid me wasting time go out and change if I have none, i saw that at least 10 x taxi was queuing and there is no customer over there. So I decided to make a move, upon exit my MDT rang! Oncall at mbs hotel lobby tower one. So I bid for the job, to my surpise I got he bid, so I proceed to mbs hotel.
I arrive very early because it’s just right and left turn and I have reach, normal I take 10min bid just incase I coulnt reach by 10min. Timing dosnt matter as long as your finger is fast to bid the job. Why I’m fast probably I do a lot of fingering to train
Upon waiting I decided to give Miss K a call and told her I arrive just in case she was there waiting for me. She answer the call and say that she saw my taxi, so I say okay and hang up.
2nd customer
To my surprise I saw 2 beautiful lady and 1 man coming over my taxi.

Mbs bell boy are escorting them, the ladies are wearing dress and the guy are wearing coat, probably are some big shot which going to some function.
Not sure if the ladies are local but the speak some singlish, they enter my taxi and say …
Lady: uncle, we are going to collyer quay.
Taxi driver: collyer quay? How to spell? Embarrassing

Taxi driver: okay got it, let’s go.
They were chatting some business stuff and were laughing away, the guy took some scenery photos during the journey so I slow down to let him take some singapore flyer photo and he say to me, you are lucky to be Singaporean, it’s such a nice country, so I just reply “ya I suppose we are lucky, but in my heart I was whining, Singapore is not for Singaporean anymore if is still for us why I need to work 15-18 hours? daily? Why my dad 60 year old still need to work 14-16 hour as well?
The ladies start to ask questions
Ladies: hey uncle how old are you.
Taxi driver: 30 year old
Ladies: opps, we should have call you brother.
Taxi driver: it’s okay I’m use to it already.
Ladies: why u start driving taxi at this age.
Taxi driver: this is my part time job, I have a full time job.
Ladies: which mean you do not slp at all?
Taxi driver: yes I still slp but 3-4 hr daily.
Ladies: that must be hard on you.
Taxi driver: I still can take it.
So I drive in to Fullerton hotel pick up / alight point, the guy sit in Infront pass me a $50 note when the fare about $12-$13. The ladies behind mention I have small change but the guy insist to pay, that probably is pride issue lol.
So I want to pass back the change to him, one of the lady say hey brother, just pass him $35 back, the rest is for you to buy teh Tarik. So I look at the lady and thanks her for her kind gesture.
Before she alight she say take care brother.
Next story will be 2 big tits thai ladies going Clare quay and an old auntie going bedok!
I will not disclose anymore daily earning as per some bro advise in pm. If you interested in driving I can disclose to u personally.
After alighting then I proceed to mbs, this is the another route which I have already familiar, while I’m strolling at about 40-50km/hr I saw 2 ladies flag my taxi, from far I can see 1.5 balls which is more powderful then Manchester United, it’s was a v cut dress but the 2 ball almost drop out, u guys probably feel like catching them right? Lol.

Through out the journey I was thinking of a joke which I always laugh at ppl, imagine if you go bonk Thai lady but suddenly if you remove her dress end up she is poking you, this will be pretty scary lol. So u guys probably make sure u check 1st before booking them. Hehe
Clake quay as usual hot spot for taxi driver, which make me love to go there fetch customer no matter what time it is.

After alighting a customer flag me to bedok, normally when I reaching the destination I will look around the road see if there is any customer standing at road side so it will make me easier after alighting them, that what I always tell my customer, call me if u need my service, no matter where u are I will always be there for you. I normally shower my tender love care to my customer and they always repaid me with tips. That is where u increase your daily income.
After I alight the guys at bedok, I notice an old granny flag my taxi and I proceed toward her.

Taxi driver: took me few min to communicate, really are one chicken one duck.
So I proceed to bedok south ave 1, 5min later.

Taxi driver: I notice something not right as I heard she mumbling here is not her house.
Taxi driver: auntie is this place you house?
Granny: no, I want to go to bedok pak pak Ave 1.
Taxi driver: in my heart I already pissed that why she wair for so long for cab probably other driver don’t understand what is pak pak!
So as a professional driver I talk to the granny in Chinese, auntie 你想去bedok东南西北啊。

Taxi driver: so I think I cannot keep listen to her pak pak, I need to be proactive, I went to bedok north ave 1.
From north to south took about 5 min, she was whining in cantoese that, as a taxi driver why I don’t know road? But I was thinking in other way round, if you could say pak as north it’s will be much more easy.
As oldies tend to be more nagging which I understand in my heart. After a left turn she finally recongize some of the building! Bingo! I finally brought her home.
She say thank you to me and I told her to pay me accordingly on how much she always pay to other taxi previously. After that I head back to clake quay.

It’s about 2am and mostly all the neighborhood are quiet so from bedok I proceed to Clake Quay, if u club over there you should know there are tons of ppl waiting for taxi and those clever ppl will start to walk out of main road and not to wait at taxi stand.
Upon reaching clake quay its was a long queue toward taxi stand, all 3 lanes was occupy by taxis, tons of customer are walking out to main road to flag for taxi, this is where the taxi driver wind down their window to choose their location.
As usual I’m a new bird ofcause I will be moving slowly at 3rd lane toward taxi stand, but there are few ang moh and drunkard flag my taxi, I didn’t not pick them up because they might vomit in the taxi or later I will have problem sending them home, normally I don’t choose customer but today I start to choose my customer.
My aim was to fetch ladies home 1st not because I’m horny or wanted to have some opportunity to have some quickie with them. It’s dangerous for them to stay up there late because tons of deunkard was at the main road as well
3 ladies start to walk out and one ang moh was drunk trying to pester them, so they were scare and walk faster to the taxi but few of the taxi uncle dosnt want to pick up them, so I probably think it might be west area that why the uncle dosnt want to fetch them.
So they start to walk toward my taxi, my window was 1/4 wind down, the lady say something
1st lady: uncle we are going to 3 location( Owen rd, bukit batok, cck) please, we wait very long for the cab and all taxi driver dosnt want to fetch us.
Taxi driver: hmm okay hop on, let’s go home!
1st 2nd 3rd ladies: weeeee thanks uncle.
During the journey they was talking about some bitches when they are partying so I was listening to their conversation and was smiling away. One of the lady caught me.
2nd lady: uncle why are u smiling away?
Taxi driver: nothing. Just funny on how you ladies describe the bitches.
All ladies: haha that is why there a Chinese word 三个女人等一一个market!

So 1st and 2nd ladies alight so left the last lady, upon reaching her destination the meter was near $30 and she pass me $35 and say to me, I appreciated your kind thought and here the $5 for you.
I was stunt and accept the tips so I say thank you miss, good night and take care before we part our way.
