you mean must pay income tax even when your child is born.i thought that only apply to foriegn wife.

From my experience, ICA normally requires Income Tax returns for application for LTSVP, PR or citizenship for foreign wives or children borned abroad. When i applied for my children’s citizenship, they also asked for my past 3 years income tax returns. Children borned overseas will be issued with a citizenship certificate, they need not change their birth certificate

Bro, u try to get a foreign wife if u didn’t pay income tax. U see if you need to approach your MP for help… even if your MP help u write a letter, ICA may not agree also as too many non taxpaying singaporean males are getting foreign wives and getting their MP to help them write letter.

Gals from batam, seems like havin a FL or WL printed on their forehead! ICA seems to reject their entry by ferry load!! knn saw a few time when i goin to batam more than ten gals kena escort by the ICA officer back… So dun use passport make in batam, tg balai, or tg batu unless the gal is chinese indon. Go apply in other place like padang, denpasar or jakarta.
Point to ponder on, if these gals dun come in, AV gonna closed shop liao. This gals r AV source of income leh!!
