The parents can register the child’s birth at the country where the child is born. The parents may, at a later tie, apply for the child’s Singapore Citizenship through the Singapore High Commission/Embassy at the country that the child was born or get a local sponsor to submit an application on their behalf to SIR.

Airport seldom reject entry unless the gal is being blacklisted! The most is ICA will do is to restrict their stay! Imagine the airline kena bear the cost of sending the gal back, accomodation at airport, food etc… All this cost $$ if ICA gonna refuse entry to so many of them, which airline wanna bring in passenger?? CAAS will start jumpin at ICA liao.
As for other checkpoint, gals leaving n enterin again for fresh visa is best to do it once only n leave for their own country. Eg a thai FL arriving in sgp n given a 14 days SVP, on the 13 day, go to malaysia or batam stay 2,3 days than return. Normally ICA will still grant another 14 days SVP to them. FYI, THAI nationality are allowed up to 30 days visa free! If they wanna try the third time, they will restrict their stay, forth time, they will refuse their entry!!
Try this too many time ICA may refused u entry for abusing the visa free facilities! without accusing the gal for wkin here…
Gals from batam, seems like havin a FL or WL printed on their forehead! ICA seems to reject their entry by ferry load!! knn saw a few time when i goin to batam more than ten gals kena escort by the ICA officer back… So dun use passport make in batam, tg balai, or tg batu unless the gal is chinese indon. Go apply in other place like padang, denpasar or jakarta.
Point to ponder on, if these gals dun come in, AV gonna closed shop liao. This gals r AV source of income leh!!

ICA seldom reject but will still do it.may not be blacklisted. i know 2 of them sent back.
One girl bring with her just 2000bht in here.
if they reject the girl entry . she wait for the the same airline(not same flight) with empty seat(not every flight full house) anyway they can just deduct from her return airfare.whatever balance she have to topup her own.
my girlfriend’s 3 friends allow only 3 days when they came down shopping(holiday),heng my GF never stand together with them.if not i think she also aloow 3 days.
so far i only known one friend got 30 days, that when she came with her mom.30 days social visit pass is just like christmas present you know.cannot suka suka give one

Bringing 2000 bht is juz like diggin own grave… Yes if she is being refused entry, she will take the next flight home w the same airline if there is empty sit… wat i mean is if there no sit available till next day?? the airline will hav to pay for her accomodation n food till the next available flight out! If she hav no return ticket, the airline oso have to absorb the cost of flyin her back! Frankly tat not cheap!! If any airline gotta lose $$ bcoz of this n wanna pull out of sgp, u tink CAAS wont jump at ICA?? So imho airport still the best place to enter provided u fufill the 3 basic req tat $$, return ticket n visa if required!

The birth certificate of the child is not a problem. The child can be borned anywhere in the world. Both the parents name must be in the birth ceritificate. The main thing is to apply for citizenship for the child. Once the child gets citizenship, MCYS will send invitation letters to the parents and invite them to join in the baby bonus scheme.
In the event that the child was borned overseas and the father have not applied for citizenship for the child, then he/she is not eligible for baby bonus. I have come across a case where the child was borned in Vietnam, but because the father lacked the financial ability , the child wasn’t given singapore citizenship. The child just followed the mother’s vietnamese citizenship. The father tired hard to get the baby bonus but was rejected several times. The singaporean father regretted letting his child be borned in Vietnam. But he has no choice as he couldn’t get LTSVP for his vietnamese wife, thus the wife has to return to Vietnam. This followed by the birth of his child in Vietnam and the refusal of Singapore government to give out baby bonus to him.
So a good lesson learnt is to be financially stable before getting a foreigner wife.

Since your friend’s wife is already PR, it shows that your friend’s financial ability should be alright. In this case, i will not rule out the normal thing that happens to a lot of singaporeans and their Vietnamese wife. The child should be borned before the couple officially got married. In this case, the father;s name will only be inserted into the child;s birth cert after the parents are officially married. ICA will not easily give Citizenship to the child in this case. Your friend will have to bring the child to HSA for DNA test to prove that the child is his before the child can get citizenship and Baby Bonus. Once the child is over 1 year old, there will be more paper work to be done. So not so easy
