like i said in the pm, unless the girl admit to having sex with you or one of you(or both) are caught naked.. otherwise it is highly unlikely they will press rape charge against you.. but u better have a good reason to why you have an underage girl in the room.. a stupid thing to do will be to admit that you “intended” to have sex with her..
