An MCST Condo is private property. If the husband is a registered occupier or part owner (So J bought the house with the husband as Joint tenants or tenants-in-common) then MCST has no power to bar entry to what is in effect his own property. The situation changes only if there is already a PPO in effect which bars him from entering.

I don’t know how exactly it works. The PPO still processing I think.

But she did email them the details and documents. So far he hasn’t come back.

Either one of those will bar the husband from the premises so she gets as “safe space”

When filing the EO/DO with the condo management, arrange to speak to a female Council member. Generally females are all super sympathetic and will go out of their way to protect ladies against abuse from their husbands. Ditto female security guards

Male Council members and security guards are generally like you - clueless, lol

Yeah… Well, I’ve never experienced something like this before. So definitely clueless. Will let Jasmine know what you suggested. Thanks.

    Chapter #354

He never came back after being asked to leave by the security.

Perhaps whatever Jasmine would tell them later would help a little in keeping her safe. But knowing her, she would definitely fight back.

Felicia and I stayed a little longer before we left. Despite notifying security, part of me was still wondering if it was such a good idea to expose Alicia to any risk. After all, she had no business being there.

We grabbed dinner and ate in the car at Felicia’s car park. After that I dropped her at her block. She gave me a hug before going up.

    F: I think you’re getting older.

    Me: Huh?

F: Sex doesn’t seem that important to you anymore.

Me: I don’t get what you’re trying to say.

F: I don’t think you’re doing it for your own pleasure anymore.

    Me: I still cum don’t I?

F: Still. I want it but you won’t do it with me. You’re picky.

    Me: Huh?

F: If Jasmine wanted to have sex with you now, I bet you won’t reject her.

    Me: Well…

F: I remember last time, any time I wanted it you’d be there. I seem to remember you telling me with that old lady, any time she wanted it you’d do it too. But now…

    Me: Things change.

    F: Indeed.

She gave me a peck on the cheek.

F: I think you might be a really good husband to someone one day.

I drove home. The long weekend was coming and I didn’t know what to do. In a different situation, I guess it would be a sex marathon with Ann. Or maybe Jasmine. But Felicia was right. Maybe I was getting old. Maybe women really were hornier with age. I was just happy I could still get and maintain erections when I needed to.

The next week I didn’t hear from Jasmine or Alicia. Which was a good thing. I wanted to go over and check up on her against better judgement so I didn’t. Unless I was invited to. It would be bad if Alan showed up again and got the wrong idea.

Ann did text me though, asking how I was, and telling me she was still working out her issues. She reassured me that nothing would change even if I wanted to leave. Somehow, she wouldn’t change her will. Maybe it some warped reverse psychology.

Essentially, I spent the entire long weekend and the subsequent week doing nearly nothing at all.

    Chapter #359

    Another week passed.

It seemed like Jasmine’s life was more or less going back to normal.

The PPO was processed, and Alan had disappeared.

Alicia was still staying with Jasmine, and I dropped by on Saturday to have dinner with them.

For whatever weird reason, they asked me to invite Felicia as well.

I dropped by Felicia’s place first to pick her up before heading over.

Security was a bit more diligent now, actually checking with Jasmine that I was supposed to be there. I guess the PPO was working.

Alicia opened the door, wearing nothing but an oversized t-shirt I assume, obviously I couldn’t see what was underneath.

Jasmine was busy in the kitchen. I didn’t know what she was doing as I’d seen what was on the menu for dinner.

Due to the cold weather, I guess they decided to have mookata.

On the table were those mookata style plates with hotpot ingredients. The numerous balls, sticks, pastes, meats, and vegetables. Jasmine had this mookata-style hotplate thing with the soup part on a gas stove. It looked brand new, she probably got them just for this dinner. But having mookata indoors was probably not a fantastic idea.

I headed to the kitchen to see what she was up to. She had this pitcher that she was dumping many bottles of yakult into, along with a couple of bottles of soju. And all along I thought she was more into beer.

    J: Oh hello!

Me: You seem more cheerful now.

J: Of course. Except there’s a new problem.

    Me: Which is?

J: Let’s not talk about it. Maybe I’ll tell you about it later. After dinner.

Me: Dinner looks like it’s for ten people.

J: I’m sure you can eat. There’s always tomorrow to finish the food.

She took four shot glasses and passed them to me.

J: Help me bring this out.

I didn’t have a good feeling about this. Alcohol and women often led to regrettable actions. Especially for me. But I guess she was celebrating something.

One thing I was right about was there was too much food. The four of us barely managed to finish a third of the food on the table before we were all sufficiently high from the soju.

After keeping the food, Jasmine brought out the mahjong table. That was definitely an issue for me as I hadn’t played for years. It was probably time to pay school fees again.

It seemed like Chinese New Year.

In any case, by the time we finished playing, I was already dying on the sofa, my wallet sufficiently empty. Alicia went to shower and Jasmine sat next to me. I wanted to smoke, but she told me not to. Apparently her neighbours had complained about second-hand smoke, and now she had switched to vaping.

I never tried that before so she let me have a puff and I nearly choked to death. It tasted like shisha, which I had tried before during the good old days at Arab street. But it was weirdly sweet.

    Me: What flavour is this.

    J: Strawberry.

    Me: Ok. It’s weird.

J: Well, hard for me to smoke now. This is the alternative.

    Me: Isn’t it illegal?

J: I think so? But who’s going to enforce this?

    Me: No idea.

We sat and chatted for awhile before I sent Felicia home. Even though it was a short distance, I probably shouldn’t be driving after so much alcohol.

I headed back to Jasmine’s place after. She was still on the sofa vaping. I guess Alicia already went to bed. The leftover food had cooled down sufficiently and I helped her to pack the cooked and uncooked portions to be kept and then cleaned up the dining table.

J: Are you willing to wait?

    Me: Wait for?

    J: Me.

    Me: What do you mean?

J: If I get a divorce, it will take awhile. Then there’s this house to settle. It could be a few years.

    Me: I know.

    J: So are you?

    Me: Well…

J: I don’t want you to wait. You’re waiting for Ann as well. You shouldn’t be living your life waiting for things to happen.

Me: Are you indirectly asking me to give up?

J: Not really. I’m just saying. What if you wait, and you end up getting something that isn’t what you wanted?

Me: Then I’ll just have to deal with it then.

We sat back down onto the sofa after cleaning up.

    She passed me another vape.

Me: How many do you have?

    J: 3.

    Me: Why so many?

J: I didn’t think the pods were compatible, so I bought different devices to match the pods because I wanted different flavours from different brands.

I took a puff and choked again.

Me: What flavour is this now?

    J: Coke.

    Me: Doesn’t taste like coke.

J: Well, you wanna smoke in this house now you gotta smoke this.

Me: There’s other things for you to smoke.

    J: Like what?

    Me: Like my pole. Haha.

J: Very funny. Don’t make me horny. I’m on my menses now.

Me: Shouldn’t you already be horny?

J: Ya. Don’t make it worse.

She leaned over and lay on my chest.

    J: Just hold me ok?

    Me: Ok.

We lay there and I tried the vape again. This time, I didn’t choke as much.
