Another literacy marvel.
Well done bro. I am lao jiao here but post few replies. Still every story of yours makes me want to give a standing ovation at the end.
Bravo.
Epilogue.
I left the world, holding Ferline’s hands. The world was spring and beautiful. And it seemed that the whole only belonged to the both of us.
The heavy rain continued as Hilda screamed. A crowd surrounded the scene. My mother just happened to return from the market and surprised to see the crowd. She went to see what was happening.
The metal soup container that she carried dropped to the floor and scattered all over with melons, dates and pork ribs.
Max’s mum: Max!!!!!!!! Ahhhhh! Max!!!! Wake up! Wake up!
Hilda cried even louder.
It was too late. I wasn’t responding and they pronounced me dead.
The death timing was exactly the same as Ferline’s. Same date, same time and a year’s difference.
Hilda was too shocked to even say anything. Ferline’s parent were informed and it was then my parents and Ferline’s decided to place us side by side.
Hilda changed. She devoted herself fully to her church nowadays and volunteered in every charity work. She still went to talk to me and Ferline, updated us about how she is doing now.
She often dreams of us and is now happily married with two kids.
As for us, we were still the same and I enjoy each and every moment with Ferline. My love.
