bros, i think this is an extremely useful thread. brings to my mind the events that happened to a very close fren of mine. long-winded story which can serve as a reminder to bros. pls bear with me.
p.s. am new to contributing but been reading for years. only recently registered to contribute as i realised that i shld give and not just take.
this happened on 31/12/04. 4 frens (V, D, F & MP) and me decided to go to a ktv to usher in the new year as we have no other plans (all of us being un-married, although i had a gf).
hence we met up to go to a ktv as one of our group drives and assigned-driver volunteered to control his drinking.
went to a ktv and started to choose our chicks and the fun began. it was only when it was time to go that i realised that my frens were those who like to go “one-up” on each other. we originally agreed on the amt that we would tip our chicks but only F and me gave the agreed amt. the other 3 gave double! NB! then nvm, we wanted to go for supper to sober up but MP wanted to “trump” all of us and decided to send his chick home then he will meet us at the supper place. WTF!
nvm. we thought that MP was trying to be a romeo and “trump” all of us so dun care. we go supper first, MP join us later. but this is not the end.
later MP decided to start a relationship with the chick that he got to know at the ktv and started to go alone and then go home with her. needless to say, he had his share of free bonks. sad thing was initially, the chick was feeding him lies about her background but gradually started to tell the truth about herself.
later V, F and myself decided to form our own brotherhood and leave out MP and D as we felt the other 2 were not team players after more cheonging sessions.
thng was MP allowed his sordid affair to drag on for 5 years and his chick never had any official status with him as he did not want to legitimise their relationship although he wanted to provide for her and her family. at times, we felt that he was ashamed of being with her.
for her part, she made several sacrifices for him, including leaving her ktv job at his request. a mutual close fren remarked “MP is lucky that we are more of his fren than her fren”.
at the end of the day, ktv is for fun and the fun should be left behind the room, preferably although if there’s the opportunity to bonk for free or for a fee, do go ahead and make hay while the sun shines and practise shifting cultivation and move onto greener pastures to farm anew.
i concede that there might be a few girls in the ktv who might make good wife-material and that they might be forced to work in a ktv (oh dear, the more i type, the more ridiculous i find the words that i typed) just that neither me nor my cheong kakis have found them yet.
