For Ngoc, all her children are all grown up and have the financial stability to take care of themselves and their family unlike Thao who wanted to be with me but kept insisting that I fathered her eldest son who was presently in secondary school. Yesterday after a discussion with Ngoc, I have told Mai that if she would like to take a diploma course in Singapore, I can sponsor her too. My thoughts was that she can accompany Ngoc. Ngoc will not be so lonely in SG. Ngoc also hopes that she can find a bf in Singapore.
Before I left for work yesterday, I finally have a home cooked breakfast prepare by my wife. Ngoc told me to carry Mai to our master bedroom so that the toilet is much more accessible for Mai. She can help Mai for a short distance. I said ok.
When back home after work, Ngoc was in her nightie waiting for me to have dinner. Mai was in her dress. Asked Mai why are you wearing a dress, quite inconvenient for me to carry you in this outfit, wanted her to wear a pant on which she did listen, carried her to the kitchen toilet.

After dinner, as I was looking through the diploma course with Mai, there was a spoiler to the day where in the night around 8plus, Thao’s husband came knocking on my door asking when will she ever come back and sign the papers, told us to clear her belongings from his home as he never want to see her again. While clearing Thao’s belongings, I saw that Thao’s second son has been caned by his father, caned marks are visible on his hands and legs, not sure why but would not want to get involved.

When my neighbour knocked on my door, he is only angry with Thao, however last night, we shifted all her stuff over to the guest room. Will get Mai to bring them back to Vietnam when she returns home. We told him that since all her belongings are shifted away, he should not keep knocking on our door as we also don’t know where is she.
Will plan to install a CCTV outside my door this weekend as I don’t want anyone to disturb my family as I want a happy marriage with Ngoc next month.
Yes, I am very sure that he doesn’t know that I have an affair with his ex wife, otherwise he would have ‘killed’ me. Me and Thao are very careful for the past 3 years.
For me with him, it is usually is ‘hi’, ‘bye’ or ‘good morning’ type of Neighbour not a word more.
What he thinks of how I know Ngoc, that is up to him, he never question me or Ngoc on this. He only kept wanting to find his ex wife for the divorce or asking if she has contacted us. Otherwise, we don’t usually communicate except for hi and bye.
Have booked my honeymoon trip with Ngoc to Thailand. Looking for countries to go to hence select a short trip, Thailand also visa free for Vietnamese passport. Wedding will be simple in Singapore where I will invite just a few close friends and we will have another with her family and friends after our honeymoon. No need to have a lavish one so as to save $$$ for other expenses

I did ask Ngoc about this when I propose to her. She said I do not need to do much, her parents are no longer around and this is not her first marriage so no need for a bride price or dinner.
However what I may like to do is to throw a dinner back home with close relatives, her son , daughters and close friends will do. If I don’t want a simple family dinner will do with her children. I told her I will leave it to her to decide as long as she is happy. She just wants a simple family dinner with her children and some friends.
I planned to bring Ngoc to select our wedding rings this weekend, and also to get Mai a small token either a pendant or a set of earrings as she will be one of our witness.
Ngoc said that we are not young couples so no need to be spend so lavishly.
Brought Mai to visit the Chinese physician yesterday after work together with Ngoc. Good news, she should be able to walk slowly with support next week. All of us are very happy for her. As I carried her back home, she rested her whole body weight on me.
I said ‘Hey what happened, you seem heavier.’
She said ‘ next week, no one to carry me already so might as well enjoy as much as I can.’
I said ‘now I take care of you, next time when I am not well, will you take care of me. This weekend, I am going to bring your mum out, you want to come along or rest at home.’
She said ‘of course I want to go with both of you’.
Although we get along well, she doesn’t like calling me ‘uncle’ like her sisters (Linh and Yen). She called me by my name. For me I am ok as long as everyone is happy.
Ngoc thanks me for taking care of her daughter, she said without me, she really doesn’t know what to do, she cannot help her around at all. I said that why I am your man. She gave me a kiss which I said not enough
