Another update. The doc who saw me finally called and told me my results came back indeterminate like gray area. It’s negative but it says indeterminate result. He explained that it means I’m neither positive nor negative and that I will know only 6 weeks from now when I do the test. He said just based on the 5 weeks pre pep, I’m okay And usually people in this area of indeterminate, only 5% of people who are in this window turns out to be positive after. So his advice is just to continue eat my PEP and until I do the test again way later like 6 weeks after my exposure to test again.
So now I blur. Could it be now I’m seroconversion now and hence why it’s indeterminate and ask that I just eat PEP until I finish. Shouldn’t the 5 weeks be conclusive enough to determine if I positive or negative? Now my torment starts for another 6 weeks. Fml
Slight edit**
The doc also told me about my chances as very low risk and that based on the experts he consulted, it’s either I’m 5% turning to positive of am 95% negative based on the baseline test. He didn’t want to say exactly if positive or negative but he just told me to continue to eat my medication and test again after 6 weeks. Then he said he’s treating me as though I am not a HIV positive person, if not I would have been taken off PEP and and given ART right now. But because of the indeterminate results, he can only advice that I take my PEP and get tested again later. more torment. 1 month of torment.

Years ago, my small brain took over my big brain and raw fuck a model as she is so young, slim tight body with a pair 40DD natural breast.
After emptied myself into her and when she left and I was alone, I suddenly had the scare of HIV. I immediately called her and she rest assured me that she don’t sleep around, but still I was worried and i immediately booked the earilest flight and came back to Singapore immediately and visited a doc and get my PEP done up.
I am awaiting for the results of my other hiv test I did at a private clinic before the A&E visit which was 10 hours before. They told me can take up the 5-7 business days. If it turns out to be another indeterminate, then I a bit worried. Hopefully they can just testify see positive or negative and be done with.

Yes definitely. But I got a feeling it might turn out to be indeterminate also cause I was about to fall ill that week. If it’s really that then chances are I might be seroconverting positive. Since both results before pep shows the same thing and wasn’t confirmed.
Just did chatgpt test and they said this:
Even though your HIV exposure happened in Phuket, it does not significantly increase your risk of contracting HIV, especially when all factors are considered. While Thailand has a higher HIV prevalence compared to Singapore, the overall prevalence in the general population is still under 2%. The higher rates are mainly seen in key populations such as men who have sex with men, intravenous drug users, and sex workers who do not consistently use protection.
If your encounter involved protected sex, your risk remains extremely low regardless of location. If it was unprotected, the risk increases somewhat, but it’s still not high without confirmation that the partner was HIV-positive with a high viral load.
You had a 4th-generation HIV test about five weeks after the exposure and before starting PEP. This is a strong window for detecting HIV. The result came back as indeterminate, which can happen for various reasons, including minor immune activity or testing artifacts. In low-risk individuals, an indeterminate result is far more likely to be a false positive than a sign of actual infection.
Your doctor advised you to continue PEP and return for follow-up testing in a few weeks, and they did not start you on ART or ask you to come in urgently. If the clinic had strong evidence you were HIV positive, they would have taken quicker action. The fact that they haven’t suggests there are no major red flags in your test.
Even considering that the exposure was in phuket, your overall odds of being HIV positive remain very low—likely still well under 3%. The indeterminate result is most likely just a lab anomaly, not an early sign of infection. The doctor’s calm and measured response supports this.
In summary: the location adds a small amount of risk, but it does not significantly change the overall picture. Based on the timing, the test type, and the doctor’s actions, your chances of being HIV negative are still strongly in your favor.
Pray for me bros that my private clinic hiv test I did last Friday got nothing much. If no calls (for confirmatory test or evaluation) by today, it’s considered very good alr. Better if tmr no call. Then likely it’s negative and they will push to send via email.

Not conclusive if I took the rapid test cause my last exposure was condom sex with a spa lady. That is 36 days. The only reliable test I can do is either a PCRRNA test of the 4th gen test which only requires 2 weeks. But idk the hospital using the same one or not cause it was blood drawn from vein.
Small updates for bros on here. Haven’t gotten any results yet from private clinic. Called the clinic and asked for updates, they said all my std panels but my hiv were ready. So I asked what’s the status? The clinic relayed to me the message from the lab technician that it was “still running”. So now I’m very very anxious. They said they won’t even call me if it was positive and that I need to follow up if it was via email only. So I have to wait patiently for my results to come back via email and only then will I know.
These last 1 weeks since last Friday was the hardest and most brutal period of my life. I haven’t eaten a proper meal in 4 days and only ate biscuits and bread to eat with my pep medication or else I’ll get so sick and nauseous. Anxiety is through the roof. I know statistically Its well in my favour (no anal both insertive and receptive, no male to male, no drugs, no symptoms iirc) but I just feel so lost and anxious that I just gave up on life when I got the Indeterminate results. It’s like your life just turned grey. My fiancée suspects something and kept on asking what’s wrong and I just said sick but deep down I feel the guilt and also thought of having to tell her I’m hiv positive if I am. Then we decide how it goes from there.
Update. Bros, my private clinic test came back indeterminate as well. This is especially concerning cause it’s very rare to get indeterminate 2x from 2 different labs. Told me to back and retest again 6 weeks from my exposure. I’m so paranoid right now I don’t know what to do. Luck just isn’t on my side. I’m going to test gen 4 test tmr since it’s 6 weeks past. So only will know by then
Hey bros, more update on my condition.
Did 2 std test that includes hiv. 1 in public hospital for baseline and another through a private clinic that sent my sample to another hospital for testing.
Both results came back indeterminate, meaning the tests showed a weak, unclear signal but were not positive.
The report from the second hospital said this is likely due to non-specific reactivity in a low-risk individual and recommended repeating the test after 6 weeks. Fact that I didn’t disclose my risk exposure is quite reassuring that the test shows I’m low risk individual. Told me to do retesting in 6 weeks time. Likely they suspect my Indeterminate does not show signs of hiv so they ask me to retest again
The hospital managing my care also advised me to continue taking PEP and come back for a final HIV test in 6 weeks time. Similar to the hospital baseline test and comments.
Found reports that for people like my case (and the comments that was written inside the report), it’s always 98-99% negative cause what they write in my report Vs someone whom they suspect might be early or acute turning to positive and also placed as Indeterminate is vastly different. Without even knowing my background, their report gives no red flags to my report.
So I’ll just heed their advice and retest again in 6 weeks for more conclusive report. Thank you all bros in the group who help me reassure. I’m feeling it’s a lot better now.

No more bro. I’m done with this. I still need wait out my results and see for any potential symptoms for other STDs like herpes. That would be a killer
